Ethan Baxter is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Aventry Medical, where he leads day-to-day operations, clinical staffing coordination, and field deployment management. In his role, Ethan oversees scheduling, resource planning, and event logistics, working closely to ensure every assignment is staffed, operationally prepared, and delivered to Aventry’s safety and service standards.

Ethan is a Medical Sciences student at Western University, specializing in Anatomy and Cell Biology. He is an active responder with Western’s (SERT), a 24/7 campus volunteer emergency medical service, where he has gained extensive hands-on experience in pre-hospital emergency care and collaborative incident response. He also brings practical event medical experience from his work with other event medical companies. Outside of Aventry, Ethan is passionate about triathlon sport, personal fitness, and community health engagement, reflecting his commitment to discipline and service.
