Wellness & Prevention Services
Aventry can provide teams to work with your event’s medical team or independently to manage dehydration, heat concerns, minor injuries, and moderate intoxication. We provide attendees with preventive support such as hydration assistance, electrolytes, sunscreen, and drug awareness resources. Our goal is to reduce preventable incidents, support attendee wellness, and keep your event running smoothly.
Where do we serve?
Aventry provides event medical coverage across Southern Ontario, with primary operations based in London, Ontario and the broader Southwestern Ontario region. Our team also services events throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, supporting organizers across a wide range of urban, suburban, and rural environments.
Whether your event is located in London, Kincardine, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor, Sarnia, Brantford, Hamilton, Mississauga, Toronto, or surrounding communities, our team is equipped to provide reliable event medical services. If your event is located outside these regions, we would still be happy to discuss availability on a case-by-case basis.

Our care philosophy
Aventry Medical’s care philosophy emphasizes patient safety, sound clinical judgment, and recognition of the limits of the event medical environment and EMR-level responder training. Responders are expected to practice responsibly, identify risk early, and activate Emergency Medical Services (EMS) when a patient’s condition requires assessment or treatment beyond their scope or competence.
