Ryan is Co-Founder and Director of Business Operations at Aventry, where he leads the organization’s overall strategy, corporate development, and long-term growth initiatives. In his role, Ryan also oversees partner relations, client outreach, sales, and guides the organization’s strategic operations and service delivery model. He works closely with clients and the rest of the leadership group to strengthen operational reliability, organizational governance, and the development of a high-performing medical team.

Ryan is also a volunteer medic with a community volunteer emergency medical service where he has gained extensive clinical experience in the field of pre-hospital emergency care. His professional background includes project management, corporate strategy work, and another entrepreneurial venture. Outside of Aventry and his volunteer medical role, Ryan is a licensed student pilot and avid outdoorsman.
