Ryan is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Aventry Medical, where he leads the organization’s overall strategy, business development, and long-term growth initiatives. In his role, Ryan oversees partner relations, client outreach, and sales, while guiding the organization’s strategic operations and service delivery model across deployment environments. He works closely with clients and the rest of the leadership group to strengthen operational reliability, organizational governance, and the development of a high-performing medical services team.

Ryan is a Political Science and Business student at Western University and an Emergency Medical Responder with Western’s SERT, a 24/7 campus volunteer emergency medical service. In addition to his medical role, he was elected Finance Director of the organization. His professional background includes project management and strategy work, another entrepreneurial venture, and work in the recreation industry. Outside of Aventry, Ryan is a licensed student pilot and an avid fitness and outdoor enthusiast, reflecting his commitment to discipline, perseverance, and continuous personal development.
